New York's injured as explosion
New York's mayor says an explosion in the Chelsea district of New York City was a deliberate act but there's no immediate evidence of terrorism.The Fire Department says the blast was reported shortly before 9 p.m. Saturday on West 23rd Street in the Chelsea section of Manhattan.
